Quality Cattle

Every cut of Covey Rise Beef starts with quality Angus genetics. This is the foundation of a premium steak!

Dry Aging

All of our beef, including our ground beef, is dry aged a minimum of 21 days. This helps our beef achieve a level of tenderness and flavor that sets it apart from most grocery store beef.

Natural Beef

All of our beef is raised without the use of antibiotics, hormones, or implants.

Where we started

Charlie and Kerissa are beginning and first generation farmers who started this journey together in 2019. Originally our farm was based in Ohio where we raised poultry, pork, and along with beef.

Our Journey

In 2023, as development was creeping in, we took a leap of faith as a now family of four and moved our entire operation and life to Northwest Kansas. Here we are able to focus on raising some of the best beef in the nation, while also growing crops, and raising commodity cattle to diversify our operation.
