The Best Chicken Wings & Drumsticks
- 1/3 Cup of Unbleached Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Finely Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Pink Sea salt
- 5 Tablespoons of Grass fed Butter
- 1pk of Covey Rise Farms Chicken Wings/Drumsticks
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 425' degrees
- Use a baking sheet and line with tinfoil for ease of cleanup
- Rub butter across the foil to avoid sticking
- In a bowl mix in flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Take the chicken and run it through the bowl, covering it evenly
- Bake the wings for 35mins, or the drumsticks for 40mins
- Turn them over and bake for another 10-15mins
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
