A Prime Dry Aged Beef Share is the perfect gift, and is the best way to stock your freezer or the perfect gift for your loved one! All beef is dry-aged for 21 days minimum. The Dry Aging adds to the tenderness and quality of our Beef. Although each share will vary slightly based on the frame of the cow, the cuts won't change. You will roughly receive 500-600lbs of beef, which will consist of the following:

Ground Beef Burger Patties (4 patties per package)
Bone-in and Bone-less Beef Roasts
Ribeye Steaks
New York Strips
Filets
Sirloin Steaks
London Broil or round steak
Family Friendly Steaks like skirt, Picanha, bavette, denver, delmonicos, Tri-tip
Short Ribs
Crosscut Beef Shanks (Ossobuco)

About Our Cattle

What sets our beef apart though is our genetics, we only have the best of the best Angus genetics for our beef program. Genetics make a difference in your marbling, in your flavor and how your beef finishes above all. To us that matters the most when raising beef for our family. All of our cattle are raised on our pastures & are supplemented with grass hay, along with a grain ration 120 days before harvest. We have learned this is the best mix for our cattle, creating the dense marbling that so many, including our family, look for in a finished product.
