Mississippi Pot Roast Beef Sliders
Ingredients
- 3-4lbs Covey Rise Farm Chuck Roast
- 1 Cup of Butter
- 2tbs of Olive Oil
- 1 Large Sweet Onion
- French Onion Soup Mix
- Salt and Pepper
- 8-15 pepperoncini peppers (Mild or Medium)
- 2 cups of Covey Rise Farms Bone broth or substitute
Directions
- Turn your skillet on High, add olive oil to your pan, let it get warm
- Brown all sides of your beef
- Remove your beef from the pan and put it to the side, add butter to the pan, and sauté the onions
- Place beef back in Dutch oven with the onions, then add in salt/pepper, pepperoncini peppers, broth, and French onion soup.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 5 hours
