Ingredients
-3pks of Covey Rise Farms Soup Bones
-1 bag of Frozen Pea & Carrot Mix
-1/4 Cup of Butter
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
-2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
-1 Large While Onion
-1 Large can of Diced Tomatoes
-1 Cup of Covey Rise Farm Chicken Bone Broth
Directions:
- Add flour to both sides of beef
- Turn Instant Pot on Sauté Function, and brown meat on both sides
- Once they are brown, remove and put to the side. Then brown onion, garlic, and veggies
- Add in the chicken broth and tomatoes
- Then add the beef back into the pot
- Cook on High for 1 hour
- Let natural release occur and serve over mashed potatoes, and salt/pepper to taste
